This district of Gangnam (located south of the Han River) is home to various local and international corporations, especially tech/IT-related offices like Google and IBM, which make its neighborhoods busy and keep the people always on the go. There are various tourist attractions in the area, too, including the COEX Mall and Aquarium and the premium bathhouse called Spa in New York. Of course, it's also super easy to travel to other tourist locations from Gangnam, especially with this AirBnB's proximity to the Gangnam subway station and different bus stops.

Being close to Seoul Station offers plenty of advantages, especially since it's a major train transfer station. You can reach the Incheon International airport, travel toward the far provinces, and easily reach tourist attractions via the subway or the bus. Seoul Station can also be the pick-up point for some tour shuttle buses, and here, you can shop to your heart's content for souvenirs, snacks, and whatever else, since it's where Lotte Mart, Department Store, and many other establishments are. You have tons of choices when it comes to meals, too, since there are plenty of restaurants, kimbap shops, beer and chicken bars, and convenience stores around the area.

Being in the area commonly referred to as Hongdae is also highly advantageous. You're close to all means of public transportation (from the airport bus and city bus stops to the subway stations), various establishments like big malls and groceries, parks, and other recreation sites or tourist attractions. Plus, you're close to the Hongik University area, so you can explore its busy night market for delicious street food and affordable shopping finds (from clothing items to cosmetics!)
