"Made in China" Cruise Ships Will Be Making A Debut Soon

2017 February 25

Carnival Corporation has penned a deal for its first ever cruise ships to be built in China and designed specifically for the needs of the Chinese market, reported by .

Typically, cruise ships — wherever in the world they are destined to sail — are built at European shipyards in Italy, France and Germany. But Carnival’s $1.5 billion joint venture calls for ships built by the China State Shipbuilding Corporation, China’s flagship shipbuilder, in partnership with Italian shipyard Fincantieri, as you can read on Miami

Apparently the Chinese market is rising so fast and its aim is to become the second largest cruiste market by 2030 and will be second only to US.

It seems that China keeps growing up in every field and none seems to be able to stop them.
