Renaissance Hotels is planning to open its first resort in the seaside town of Pattaya in Thailand. Located in the attractive and tranquil Jomtien district, the low-rise resort will offer a fashionable beachfront retreat within easy reach of the town’s attractions. The property is scheduled to open by the September 1, 2017, as Ehotelier.com reported.
The infamous gorgeous, stylish and vibrant complex will be able to welcome 257 rooms (divided in four categories) and a Spa.
“We are extremely pleased to be collaborating with Marriott International to introduce the first Renaissance-branded property to Pattaya,” said Vipavan Mahadumrongkul, Managing Director of the Ninesotel, as the website continues.
Apparently one of the goals of the new opening is to offer a non-traditional kind of accommodation, fresh and young that will definitely attracts all kind of family and business travelers too. The resort will also offer custom navigation and excursions besides being able to accommodate events and meeting with area that can allow up to 350 people.
The hotel’s design is inspired by the beach setting in which it is located. Each space incorporates the playful use of wood, veneer and metal finishes designed to bring the beach theme to life, LuxuryTravelAdvisor.com wrote.
